  • Pain management • Fix activities that aggravate the problem • Address body mechanics and imbalances

You hurt. It may be due to an accident, injury, surgery, or unknown cause, recent or chronic. I address injuries and pain in the whole body. I have worked successfully with everything from back/neck/hip pain to leg/arm/hand/foot pain to jaw pain, headaches and migraines. Our first focus is pain management. We start by assessing injuries as well as your mechanics and posture and any muscular imbalance in your structure. We continue by addressing activities that may aggravate the problem. Future sessions focus on injury specific rehab and balancing your strength and using the right muscles for proper form and function.

Sessions often include clothed bodywork for pain relief, neuromuscular reprogramming and better alignment during exercises. Home program plan will be customized and built as needed. You can stay until the injury is better and only come in when you need a fix, or you may stay for a while to address larger body mechanics issues. I accept No-Fault and Workman's Comp insurance for massage through my massage license, but we also include some movement exercises and homework.
