FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What should I wear?

    Wear comfortable clothes you are free to move around in. No shoes. Socks are optional. In the winter the studio is cool especially if it is raining, bring a light sweater or jacket. In the summer the afternoons are warm.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes! We have private off street parking available. Once your session is confirmed you will receive instructions for parking and a code to the gate.

  • Do you take insurance?

    Yes. We take workman’s comp and car accident insurance with a prescription for massage.

  • Should I bring water?

    There is filtered water available at the studio.

  • How early should I show up?

    Please come no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. Parking inside is limited. This will allow the client ahead of you time to exit.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

    We take cash, check, credit card (contactless available), venmo, and PayPal.

  • How long is a package good for?

    Packages expire after 90 days.

  • Can I share my package with someone else?

    Packages may be shared within a household.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    24 hours notice is required for cancellation or you will be charged for the hour. If the appointment time can be filled, you will not be charged.

  • Is the studio wheelchair accessible?

    The studio is not wheelchair accessible. There are three low steps along the garden path from the parking area.

  • Do you have gift certificates available?

    Yes. Gift certificates are available for purchase in studio.

  • Can I bring someone with me?

    Though I’ll only be working 1:1 with the scheduled client, family members or guests are welcome.
